MEDIATION SESSION PRICES

Standard Prices (9am - 5pm Monday to Friday)
 

Please note prices are fully inclusive for the whole session, no extra VAT, no confusing hourly rates or hidden extras.

Staying mainly online after the pandemic has enabled us to keep prices down for our clients.

Initial Assessment Meeting (MIAM) - a short introductory meeting

to gather information and explain the process.
 

£110 for an individual meeting (including the mediators section of the form for court if necessary). 

This would be free of charge if you qualify for legal funding.

Mediation Sessions (typically lasting 1 1/2 hours as is industry standard)

Our charges are based upon your income and are fully inclusive for the whole appointment.

 

If eligible for legal aid for mediation - free of charge, please contact us for details.
Income under £35K  - £135 per client per session 

(including tax credits but not eligible for legal aid)
 

Income £35k - £60k  -  £175 per client per session
 

Income £60k plus     -  £190 per client per session
 

 

 

Child inclusive mediation involves one appointment with a child over the age of ten years and costs £70 for that one off session in addition to the above. It is an option but not included or suitable in all cases.

Statement of Outcome £85 per client

Parenting plan £140 per client

Total price for both Memorandum of Understanding & Open Financial Summary £260 per client

Rates outside office hours (5-8pm Monday to Friday & Saturday am)

Child Inclusive Mediation

For children over 9 years only - £75 per child only appointment. This fee is within the context of the child inclusive process. Please call to discuss. We have two specialist mediators within the service qualified to undertake this process.​​ Legal Aid

We also offer Legal aid in partnership with Children First Mediation which means that your appointments would be free of charge. Please contact us to discuss this if you think you might be eligible.
